The running powermeter is a matter of your sort. Is a measure of your physiological expenditure. It's not a mechanical power meter like on a bike. But it's a pretty good approximation for for for for the power that you're that you need and s eronly, it's only a power, the power thatYou're expending,. which is perhaps more important. The training volume is really a measure of no, in partly, most people will measure it through a number of kilometers run per week but it's really time on feet. So i would say, so generally, that the approach is to do five runs of six kilometers than three runs of ten kilometers as a general approach.
