When i worked at cross point church in nashville, our first draft of our staff values included the value of collaborative communication. We specifically chose this value because we needed to increase our communication efforts across the team. So creating memorable or sticky language gives your values greater life and helps them have a better chance of really becoming core to your team. Create common language. Number three, connect the dots. As a leader, you must connect every one at every level with the purpose of your organization.
