The Cidicious Conspiracy Act of 1954
Omar Abdul Rahman, the blind Sheikh who was responsible for sort of the spiritual guide of the first bombing of the World Trade Center in the early 90s. He was charged and convicted and spent the rest of his life in prison on the basis of a broad Cidicious Conspiracy indictment. The Second Circuit found that he had not actually conspired with others to use force under the statute.
