Start a business with very little money is good. Teaches you a lot of discipline. Your cousin will have to be very disciplined with money. He'll have to be creative to solve problems. The whole tech sector is quite in danger, my opinion. I absolutely believe there will be a big tech crash eventually,. They're not making any money. But anyway, it's called boot strapping. It's a nice slang phrase, where you build the business withvery little money, little by little.
