i grew up with bitters like an european. It's a commo in switland, in italy, it's a common thing. So whenever we went to switzerland, we bought a bottle back. Instead of buying swiss bitters and bringing them to california, can we make the california bitter was what we have on the land? That mad a finote the spark.
