Zelda Perkins was one of the first women to speak out about working for Harvey Weinstein. She broke a non-disclosure agreement to do so which she believed for 23 years was a huge threat hanging over her. Zelda's argument would be you should not be using NDAs for anything other than protecting IP and trade secrets. Crispin Ode falls into the same category but he has used the same tool to try and silence women, says Lord Tebbit.
