What Types of Bread Do You Use?

I try to locally source my materials for bread but you know I don't want to get into like bagels or petas or any of that stuff because you know then people really start talking about where's the locks where's the hummus and all this stuff. My father was a was an entrepreneur oh yeah he always told me whenever we'd roll into a town he would kind of stroll around town and look at all the signs  and then he'd try to think what business isn't here. There ain't no toast shop that's true excellent I can't argue that, so it's a very focused business. The only people I know who like sour anything are kids and airheads
