The Mystery of Seflis

Sverian leaves the lazerite, comes into a courtyard and he writes, for a moment I thought I was still dreaming, but the sign of Seflis was climbing upon the Crenellations of the Wall. So we get some pretty quick confirmation here that it was not a dream. This monkey, ape, dog headed thing, whatever it might be, and actually was in the lazerit and is escaping from the fortress that Sverian has found himself in. And we never return to it and we never learn what this thing is or why it was there or its motivations or anything. What we do learn is that it's climbing on the walls of the tower.
