We do a lot of damage to our own hearts because of how we've been harmed. It's easier to hold yourself in contempt than it is to grieve and understand the true harm that came to you through parents whom you love. And frankly, you just don't want to see it because it's too painful and that implications are too vast. All right, last tactic, at least for today, will go into many more on February 19th.
