The Judiciary Bar Is Very High

The dramatic punishments that one finds stipulated within the coran are given enormously high evidential bar. For example, the punishment for adultery is severe, stoning to death if you are a married person engaged in adultery. And this is a highly unlikely em circumstance to to take place. So they build in a very high evidentiary bar which means that, in effecttat the punishment becomes theoretical for them. It becomes a theoretical punishment.
