Routines are really interesting with ADHD they're sort of particularly the morning routine. It might include something around a bit of movement which we know you know supports working memory. A great example of that is if you go the shower and then you go back to your room to get changed. Sometimes people get stuck there on the phone for like another 30 minutes to an hour. But then we do have to adjust it people come back the following week they say this work this didn't work we adjust.
