The Role of the Medial Collateral Ligament in Elbow Pain

High level athletes are at risk of having possibly some loss of the passenger restraints around the elbow. If that is if there's any subtle laxity or subtle instability in the medial collateral ligament, then there's a chance that it may be compressing the lateral aspect of the elbow. Rock climbers, you know, the majority of that action is through their long-pin reflexes. So they often are atrisk of sort of an overload through the medial portion of their forearm. Pronated terries can also, that's the other thing, is watch pronated terries muscle length and I guess the reactivity in that muscle it can often get quite hypertrophy.
