And I'm trying to find like a resource like a textbook or something to learn about these sort of things is something I think a lot of the listeners will be like this is something kind of want. So my first question is going to be with the book what was like for you what's the what's your favorite chapter which was your favorite to write? Because it's such a so you know it's it's over 200 pages and there's only four chapters so each chapter is pretty long chapter two is the strength exercises chapter
