I got into real estate in 2010. I didn't have that breakthrough until 2015. It just shows like, you know, you don't know how long it's going to take. If I bought one of these a month, you're talking a quarter million dollars a year. And I'm good doing that. So that was my goal, man. It was never to do what I've done to this point. But hold on, why do you need 50? Oh, because that was the first step. You go apply for credit. That was one of the ways.
