How Different Are the States?

Some of the girls I met back then still do it to this day that are like really popular. They were they were just weird and like I don't know they were just like weird like they just like didn't give a fuck, he says. One girl all she wanted to do was go on her phone and smoke cigarettes  it's crazy how different the states are each state is so different according to him. He recalls meeting people from other places who had lived in LA or New York for years but would come wearing clothes seen in magazines seven years ago.
