The Importance of Nouns in a Business
You're putting your detective hat on and you're getting really resourceful and leveraging whatever you have. So if that's just the marketing website and maybe some search logs, maybe access to customer service chat logs, then that's what you're going to use for noun foraging. You'll really want to focus on nouns that might represent objects in the system. Some of them as more abstract nouns might not end up as part of your inventory here.
