Exercise Induced Asthma

I didn't know for a long time because my dad was like, you're just out of shape. And I think I might also have exercise induced asthma. But it gets worse when I exercise. You know that feeling though, like the cold in your lungs? It's awful. So if anybody has any tips on how to not suffer immensely while running, we should run together. Yeah. Let's get back active.
