Are We Going to Reduce Crime?

Social engineering projects in the last six decades have not managed to change anything. The same gap at's been constant for like, 70 years. Whatever solutions they come up with, they don't do anything. We've made siral progress despite spending infinite amount of money on it. It's its time to give up. This stuff doesn't work. And but, i mean, that conclusion is like, no hope, or whatever. That's the it's totally, just politically unacceptable. Youre never going to get this accepted.
