Your tongue should not dry out if you start going into a workout then the moisture will begin to leave your mouth but when you're moving in a work in it activates the parasympathetic system. After a few minutes of this you have so much saliva you start swallowing your own saliva because that's part of the parasyMPathetic system for aiding digestion of food.
