Is There a Moral Hazard in CDR?
The concept of moral hazard is often known as mitigation deterrence. How do you model that within the individual assessment models? We're just playing with numbers here and show this is more risky, but perhaps it's cheaper if in the long term, let's say we are able to dominate that technology. Let in the future, technology will be readily available at a cost that is accepted to society.
