Don't Give Negative Managerial Feedback
When you're giving feedback, don't give negative managerial feedback. Don't obsess with how much boxes have been filled in rather than looking at the actual quality of the work and what they've done that could be improved. Mary Mayert writes about this really eloquently as you would expect. And it's something that I see frequently that the teachers are doing.
