How to Navigate the Loops

In certain social situations, especially with families of origin, it's easy to collapse into what is familiar. I think maybe instead of stages, it's just varying loops. And sometimes those loops on their courses take you a little bit further. You know, they come back and then they take you further again. So, spiraling, but in a good way, not out of control.
