In your role, ata, or anywhere else where, you've been dealing with employers, what do you see in terms of how employers are evolving? What i definitely see is working much better than before. When i gradated, practically 11 years ago, from m b program, employers started to concentrate durance or recruitment process on company's heat and skills rather than previous experience when they hire talent.
