How ambitious were you when you started Sun? How much of Sun had you figured out? How much did that vision stay true to what happened? So, I'd say I was very ambitious. Among the first 15 people at Sun, 15, 20 people, we hired Eric Schmidt who went on to run Google. We hired Carol Bartz who ran Autodesk and then Yahoo. And Bill Joy, who wasn't part of the initial founding team but recruited as a founder after the fact.
