The withdrawal from Qaisson is likely to, in a sense, preempt a very big attack from Russia. I think that throughout the fall, the winter, Russia will be incapable of a significant counter-offensive. In terms of the army itself, just will not build the trained and cohesive units it needs to fight. They're dwindling their precision-guided missiles down to more aged and less effective weapons.
