Michael Wolraich: When would you determine that a data led or a data driven outcome might be overall by an emotional one? I can give an example. Lots of data in a project that I'm working on leads us to believe that we should be going down a particular route. All feedback and emotional level about this particular product that we're trying to release is almost unquantifiable. It's just, it's a really strange thing. Is there a time where you just go, "We haven't actually got the thing nailed down"
