Whale Snot Stressed Out by Boats?
Justine tested each sample to see how much qartisal was in it, so she could see whether or not the whales were being stressed out by boats. But first she had a big problem, a problem that has to do with how a blow hole closes. When its blow hole is closed, the blow hole forms like the shape of a bowl, and water sits on top of the blow holed. It's kind of like if you had a soup bowl that opened up at the bottom.
