When it comes to logging into accounts, a lot of times you want to Google yourself and see what email pops up. I recommend making either an additional Gmail account or some secret email address that is not very easy to figure out. authentication has become much, much more prevalent as of late. If you're using SMS authentication, maybe go get a Google voice line - they're absolutely free.
