Is It the Wrong Thing to Do?

Sometimes, sometimes you just need to um, when i've hit situations like this, and i know that because of dead lines, i can't do something about it right now. But what i can do right now is create a ticket so that myself, or some one else can be to come back to it, yo, tat point. That's always one of those tough ones too, cause you've always got to balance what o the customer needs or what your boss is saying, timewise, that you've got to do something right. It could be totally irrelevant or whatever wrong by the time get back to it. So but instead you should be saying to yourself, ok
