How Do You Begin the Conversation?

There is an apparent policy of rotation, which is fine. But the problem is it's coming at the cost of players who are in that age group from being able to participate. It sends out what i call the double edged as to talent development. You know, on one hand you're giving a message to a group that they're very able and therefore deserving of their place. Which can also be quite dangerous for those younger than them. The reason i say that is because ofvis then you have, like a sad earlier enan,you have the consistency, you have the coherence. You have, you know, something that you can stand behind.
