The Fight in Flight Response
When fight in flight doesn't work, that's the third thing that comes on, is freeze. So we go into thi freeze mode, where we get numbed out. We it encourages dissociation. It brings the blood core. And then some of the effects that we see when that happens are hopelessness, sluggishness, depression and chronic fatigue.
