We're going to caution against that and explain why these are to be reserved for crises only. When they're used exclusively, not in conjunction with other skills, it can lead to avoidance of problems or emotions. This is not the answer to everything. No. And the reason is, is because sometimes these skills can be used to actually help you avoid solving the problem. Can be used as a way to distract yourself. Right.
