How to Integrate News Events Into Your Trading

I am purely a technical based trader But obviously you can avoid the news. I don't trade based on use, but I have certain principles how I Navigate around news. Especially when it's the daily the 12 hour or the eight hour then the news events don't have such a big impact except for things like the NFP and interest rate announcement from time to time.
