Do It Now and Convenience for a Novelty Loving Rebel
When I get the notion to do something that is good for my fitness, I do it immediately as the notion strikes me. To do lists are my enemy. So if I know something needs to be done, I just do it before it can end up as an item on a to do list. Basically I let inspiration and whim guide me. It sounds like it should be irresponsible but somehow it always works. And remember I'm writing a book about the four tendencies, a shorthand book on the four tendencies.
