How Do You Approach Self Compassion Compassion?

Pooja: Let's say you've got two or three things on your list to do today. How do you approach and respond if you're not able to do those things? Pooja: I'm getting better at surrendering when that happens, just saying, you know what, I tried my best today and it's okay. It'll be okay when I get to it tomorrow because it usually is okay. And for me also meditating a lot on what is enough and starting to feel more connected with enough.
