How Popular Culture Introduces Us to Places Before We Go There
Fishing has always been a big part of the economy here. The farming is at least half the economy. There's dozens of good poets, dozens of good artists and dozens of good musicians - yet there's only 50,000 people. A big reason is Faroe Wies Viking medal or black medal. This is a great band called Ture, which is the North Scott of War. And they put these old ballads to music, to metal music. They're actually fantastic.
