The Westernization of Diets in High Income Countries

In high income countries we easily consume six to eight times too much red meat, for example. And usually only half or 30% less of the fruits and vegetables. We should be consuming way too much dairy two to three times,. Usually too much sugar, also 2 to three times of what is considered to be okay. So that's what I mean with the high income diet. Lots of animal source foods and sugar and too few fruits and vegetables  and other plant-based foods.
