What's the Difference Between Prohibition and the Fbi?

Prohibition created a massive amount of organized crime in the united states. Hoover went into like beast abod then, where he's getting political blackmail material. When politics make us with the fbi, this is when it's sort of dangerous and scary and am not good. I'm sure that some something like the fbi would exist no matter what, but it's extremely broad interests.
