One common theme or skill set that emerges across these different roles is subject matter experts. So i wonder for technical roles, how do you imbed this subject matter expertse into your people overtime? It's relatively easy to create statistical models, but not that easy to create great products that have an awso user experience within a specific theto domain. Do you mind expanding on how you embed diversity in inclusion as part of the hiring process? And how you're able to leverage that diversity in the data products you create? Yes, definitely. I think there's no substitute for experience here.
