30 under 30 is a mentoring program that aims to bring together people from all walks of life in the industry. Founder and producer Enoenta says it can be hard to get people to speak at events because they feel like they're not important enough. The event will also focus on building bridges between different types of speakers, including those who have written books or are just beginning their careers.
