The Benefits of Fasting for Diabetes
Fasting is the same kind of thing. You have to, you have to fast to have an improved lifestyle. If it helps create an energy deficit, that's a good thing. But it's not necessarily any better per se than other types of dietary patterns that creating an energy deficit. We can always combine it with one of those things. And they don't have to be used in silos. Why are these, why are these all different teams? Because it's a team. They like their teams.
