Private Capital Markets Are Not a Better Well of Capital
If you have a big pivot shift, business line expansion or an achilles heel, something that you need to open up and do before going public. Youen os me, if you're make big business model changes, the public capital markets actually are not a better well of capital. And often what companies will do in that situation these days, cause they're so much private ie, they'll go private. Being public is like being in the game. The the show clock is ticking. Everything's happening. All eyes are on you. We'll see if if that kind of patient capital in private markets continues, i'll worrit it takes a break in surfaces later.
