In ninth grade, a question on a test asked students to design a game using a single fair coin that you have a one in three chance of winning. There's something baked into the mathematics that prevents that approach from adding to whatever working. What is the solution and you might need to just break it down for us? I love this because it gives a sense of how broad and creative mathematics can be.
