Are You Keeping Your Job, but Not the Company?
If you haven't shown your tenyure suin that youre n committed the rganization, don't give active feed. But also, if your job depends on them liking you, and all your doing is saying all the things that're wrong with them, you're the first one that's going to go. Your job matters to you, but not the company. And so you kind of have to decide are you comfortable with this organization operating at this level? Or is it important enough for to speak into it and attepental losing your job? or maybe the company doesn't really matter that much to you?
