What Is the Pelvic Floor?

Pelvic floor is a group of muscles that form a hammock from your pubic bone in the front to your tail bone at the back. The openings of the pelvic floor are the eurethra, the vagina and the anus. They help with bowel and bladder control, help with sexual function and arousal. So these are really important muscles to have functioning properly. It doesn't matter your age, your gender, we all have it.
