Every product you create has to solve a problem, and you have to be able to articulate what that problem is in your marketing. The only reason people part with their dollars is because they're trying to solve a problems. And if somebody else owns the problem, i think it's really good for us to own our solution as well. If we don't know how to do something properly, customers are not going to want to buy from us. It's leading to a beggar sell.
