The Disinclination to Believe in Alien Visitations

I have always been disinclined to believe in like some sort of alien visitation on planet earth and I think the reason why I've like searched my feelings about this until recently is because I really don't want it to be true. But a lot of the time whenever I've heard somebody has had some sort of strange strange experience there's just something about it where I'm like did this really happen or you know maybe you had like a weird experienceMaybe you heard some weird noises that night and you felt weird maybe you thought you saw something but did you really like was it really the way that you describe it? There's so many stories about how often people lie people lie without even realizing
