Is Cinnamon Good for Your Brain?

Most studies found a link between cinnamon consumption and the significant improvement of cognitive learning and memory. Cinnamon can also reduce instances of neurological diseases, including Alzheimer's disease. One study was conducted on teens and asked them to chew cinnamon gum for a certain amount of time. That study suggested that chewing cinnamon gum improved subjects memory while reducing anxiety.
