The great myste that the scientist's can't crack is not just the simulacrum of his wife, but his love for his wife. This some idea that you're relating to no one at all. That also has a kind of asoteric dimension, a spiritual dimension, that i think comes out in this song. And if all this were real, you would know it was true. It would actually feel. It would have a real voice. It would hear what you ay. With freedom of choice, it would choose its own way and come alive with a heart and a soul
