Sos may: I realized i wanted to go full time. So i id worked out what i would need to make am to go fulltime. And i said, um, you know, sometimes when you have a really big goal, the best thing to do is write out all the tiny steps. For example, one thing i wrote down is, figure out the difference between a manager and an agent. Cause i had no idea. You are an agentwell, promoter of yourself. That's true. But always, you always have to be quietly pushing your lesson, quiet for you."
